Rugby fitness commitment
As we come to the end of the second week of pre-season it is great to see the effort going in on the pitch and the squad starting to gell already, a long road ahead but the first steps have been taking. Fancy joining us? Plenty of time ahead of the new season to get yourself back in shape and take to the hallowed (if slightly brown!) turf at the Reeves. We train Tuesdays and Thursdays prompt 7:30 start......see you there?
