Staines Rugby are pleased to announce, after a thorough search and selection process, conducted by Nic Evens and involving the senior squad we can reveal that Nick Allso will be Staines Rugby Head Coach for season 2019/20, Nic is looking forward to working with Nic, we will share his plans in the near future but for now please find a small biography below and please say hello if you see him around the club:

I've played rugby for over 30 years at school, university and 4 clubs. I've been coaching for 10 years having started out helping some friends with their scrummaging.

I've coached Men's, women's boys and girls rugby from ages 11 to 51, always with the attitude that the rugby community is inclusive and that a team is better than the sum of its parts. Having a ball with our mates is the best way to win.

I'm married to South Africa's least competitive daughter and we have animals and rugby players instead of children.

When I'm not involved with Rugby I like riding my horse or eating.
