D1 - 29th March 2021

1 session a week up to U13s

Game Play - Small sided games - 4-8 a side - High ball touch - ambush touch - various ball shapes and various pitch sizes.

Contact - Zero collision - wrestling exercises and games restarts post touch.

Sanitisation - hand sanitisation and equipment sanitisation every 20-30 minutes.

Social distancing - Household bubbles off pitch to continue, team huddles not to include contact between players.

Fixtures - Lets get friendly fixtures - touch only, possibly triple headers - lets use the games we use and be creative about what winning looks like.

D2 - 26th April 2021

E1 - Adult only - full contact practice - scrums and mauls - 7s

E2 - (after 21st June) - Adult only 7 & 10s matches and tournament
