We are looking to appoint a new Head of Senior Men's Rugby at Staines, to join us for the 2023/24 season.
The ideal candidate will have experience in running successful Men's or Women's programs at Club Level. A Coach who is aspirational and wants to join a club embarking on an exciting journey.

The successful candidate will work alongside other club coaches and report to the Club Chairman. Other key internal relationships will be with the Clubs Director of Rugby and other key Board Members.

Game Day Management & Set Up
Liaising with Physio Around Player Injury Management & Prevention
Provide Monthly Updates to the Board
Talent Identification
Recruitment and Retention
Communication with players and relevant stakeholders
